New gazebo, benches and in-ground planting area in courtyard expansion
The recent courtyard expansion has opened up new opportunities for staff to use the area for teaching and sharing the passion of bonsai. The 12′ x 16′ steel top gazebo (purchased last year) was fully functional this year providing shade for presentations, demonstrations and shade for volunteers during those hot summer days. Sometimes you just need to put your tree in the ground and “let it grow” and the new in-ground bed is the perfect solution.
